Miss USA runner-up Carrie Prejean and Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps may make headlines together as a ruckus-raising couple.

Prejean's grandmother Jeanette Coppolla has said the two are dating, according to a report on RadarOnline.com.

"Carrie and Michael have been out to baseball games and lunch. He always calls her when he is in town and they go out," she said.

Prejean offered a vague response to questions on the matter from pageant host Billy Bush on Sunday.
