The star of medical drama House beat fellow actress and Transformers star Megan Fox to take the top slot in this year's index.Olivia, 25, came to fame as Alex Kelly in the teen drama the O.C. In 2007 she joined the cast of House, playing the role Dr Remy Hadley. She has also appeared as a Bond girl in Casino Royale.
This year's Hot 100 includes an inhabitant of the White House for the first time.
Michelle Obama comes in at 93, with Maxim decreeing that she is the "hottest First Lady" in history.
