No.1 Fifth Career Album Track for Bob Dylan is on

Bob Dylan is headed for his fifth No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart next week as his "Together Through Life" looks like a shoo-in for a debut atop the list. Industry prognosticators suggest the Columbia set will sell over 100,000 copies in its first week of release. Dylan's last studio effort, 2006's "Modern Times," also bowed at No. 1, shifting 192,000 in its premiere week. His first No. 1 came in 1974 with "Planet Waves," which he followed swiftly with two more chart-toppers -- 1975's "Blood on the Tracks" and 1976's "Desire." "Together Through Life" also leads the Nielsen SoundScan Building chart that was released on April 29, which reflected unweighted sales through the close of business on Tuesday, April 28. Billboard estimates the seven merchants who report to Nielsen SoundScan's Building chart -- Trans World Entertainment, Best Buy, iTunes, Starbucks, Borders, Target and Anderson Merchandisers -- comprise about 60% of all U.S. album sales.

NEW BRITAIN — Bob Dylan’s coming to town, and bringing his friends Willie Nelson and John Mellencamp with him. On July 15, the three musicians will perform at New Britain Stadium as part of their summerlong tour of minor-league ballparks throughout the country. Tickets are $67.50 for general admission, and children 14 and under get in free with an adult ticketholder.

Tickets go on sale at the stadium May 9, but can also be bought online now at Bobdylan.com. Showtime is at 5:30 p.m

Aerosmith shoud be hold free concert

Rock royals Aerosmith will treat fans to a free gig in Hawaii to settle a class-action lawsuit.
The suit was filed when the band cancelled a sold-out Maui concert in 2007, allegedly in favour of a larger gig in Chicago and a more lucrative private show for Toyota dealers.

Julia Roberts steals stay with Tom Hanks

At the 36th annual Film Society of Lincoln Center Gala Tribute on Monday night in New York, where Oscar winner Tom Hanks was presented the new Chaplin Award, Roberts kept her tribute brief.

Roberts told Hanks that "everyone likes you."Only Roberts added an expletive before "likes." And the crowd roared with laughter.

Assessing Hanks' 2004 movie "The Terminal," in which he played an Eastern European trapped in Immigration at J.F.K., Roberts said, "That movie about you and the airport and the accent was a pass for me. Airport? Were you just an immigrant lost? I didn't know. I love you, but I didn't know ... and I'm wearing the same dress tonight as your publicist."

As luck would have it, Roberts and the publicist both opted for a cream dress by Dolce & Gabbana.

When it was his turn at the podium, Hanks told the black-tie crowd that Roberts has so much clout that the big story of the evening would be: "Julia Roberts wears same dress as publicist."

Jamie Lynn Spears' to her Boyfriend Casey Aldridge are Moved Out Of ICU

Nineteen-year-old Casey Aldridge, the father of Jamie Lynn Spears' baby, was involved in an accident around 1:30 a.m. Sunday, when his pickup truck rolled over on a Louisiana highway.

None of the four people in the truck was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, and Aldridge and two of his passengers were ejected from the 2008 Ford F-250. Aldridge was taken to Riverrun Medical Center for moderate injuries. He was later relocated to another hospital. The other passengers had only minor injuries.

Authorities say there's no reason to think drugs or alcohol were involved. The fact that three of these guys survived ejection totally defies the odds. The doctors are pretty positive he's going to be OK. And good thing -- Aldridge and Spears have a 10-month-old daughter together.

MARY-KATE OLSEN EXCITED TO BE TRIBECA JUROR

Mary-Kate Olsen is taking her duties as a juror at the Tribeca Film Festival as seriously as an A-student getting ready for the first day of school.

"I wish there was a class. It is a huge honor to be a part of it and I was asked to be a part of it," said the notoriously media-shy actress as she spoke of her juror duties at Chanel's annual dinner for the film festival.

"I have been watching the movies and just started. I don't really know what we do or what is going to happen yet. I am just seeing how the week starts," she said. "I just got my pamphlet this morning. I have already watched all of the shorts. This is fun."

The annual festival, based in downtown Manhattan, was founded by Robert De Niro and Jane Rosenthal. Both attended Thursday's dinner, along with fellow Tribeca jurors Adrian Brody and Debra Messing, as well as Academy Award-nominees Viola Davis and Melissa Leo, and Kerry Washington and Bradley Cooper.

Although Olsen, 22, grew up in Los Angeles, she moved to New York City a few years ago and now says she is transfixed by the city's beauty.

"All of the streets are so special here. I am always amazed even walking in TriBeCa because I live around here, I am always amazed how the streets look different or how I walk down a new street every time I come down here. I am always blown away," she said.

"The other day I walked down a street and with the trees right now, the white trees and the petals everywhere, it is so beautiful. Hanging out at Battery Park, I mean, the trees over there are so pretty. There is something magical about New York and the seasons and watching them change."

The Tribeca Film Festival kicked off this week and ends next week. Though Olsen is having to analyze all facets of a film to determine the top winner, she says her role has not made her want to get behind the camera to direct anytime soon.

"I am content doing what I do. I want to concentrate doing one thing at a time," she said."Whatever I do, I want to do one hundred fifty percent. In general it is nice to be a part of something great."

Beatrice Arthur 'Golden Girls' dead at 86

Beatrice Arthur, one of the stars in the 1980s TV series "The Golden Girls," died in Los Angeles from cancer, her spokesman told local media. She was 86.

Arthur died at her home Saturday morning after suffering from cancer, Dan Watt told "The Envelope" entertainment magazine. He did not specify what type of cancer the actress had.
The show about three retired friends was popular in the United States and was sold to several countries. In the show Arthur played Dorothy Zbornak, a sharp-tongued woman who shared a Florida apartment with her mother.

Born in New York but raised in Maryland, Arthur was married twice and is survived by her two adult children.

According to In Touch magazine, the "Hills" stars' Saturday wedding at Westminster Presbyterian is a bogus ceremony for MTV's reality series finale.

"The jungle's gonna be way easier than a marriage with Heidi and her family," Pratt said Thursday, when he and Montag filmed promotional spots for MTV's and NBC's "I'm a Celebrity."

Montag, 22, didn't take offense at her 25-year-old fiance's wisecrack.

"You don't know my family and the craziness. It's gonna be a circus," Montag said. "But it is gonna be a great day that I'm excited to celebrate, on the other hand. But it's gonna be very crazy."

Montag is supposed to wear a Monique Lhuillier wedding gown and $1 million worth of borrowed bling. Her sister, Holly Montag, will be the maid of honor with Pratt's sister Stephanie as the lucky bridesmaid. No word on who will be paid to be Spencer's best man.
So what does this all mean?

It means we will probably see corny photos of Spencer and Heidi in their free wedding garb, simpering while they toast each other with free bubbly at a free wedding reception sold cheap not to ALL the magazines.
